Dakhla-NDB: Safe for solo women travelers to hitchike?
 

I'm heading to Morocco in November and wanted to hitch a ride to Mauritania. Is it safe for women traveling solo? Is the journey from Dakhla to Nouakchott possible in a week?

I met a Dutch lady in NDB who travelled down from Dhakla on a vegetable truck and travelled all over Mauri on public transport and said she had a wonderful time .
