ferry sete-tanger Morocco
 

Hello from Austria !

For our 4 week motorbike-tour to Morocco in March 08 we want to take the ferry from Sete(F) to Tanger .

We plan to take the motorbikes on a trailer but we don't know where to park our car with the trailer.:confused1:

Do you have any idea where there is a guarded parking lot or a campsite that is available by this time of the year ?

have you bought your ticket on the ferry? I tried for a few days (a week) (while in Sete) and couldn't get a space on the boat. There are quite a few camp/caravan sites around there, though I have no names/numbers. I don't think you would have a problem with the car/trailer (though I haven't done it!)

I surfed through several websites to get a ticket. I heard that it is nearly impossible ti get a ticket on board. Possibly you can buy one at a local agency in Sete but the ferry seems to be full all the time.
