Fully Comp Insurance for 4wd in Africa?
 

Is it possible to get fully comprehensive insurance for a 4wd for Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania and Senegal? The cost is unimportant.

If so can anyone suggest who I can speak to?

not entirely sure if they will do what you want but if I recall correctly, Campbell Irvine do something similar

Campbell Irvine offer a policy for overland travellers covering accidental damage, fire and theft or fire and theft only worldwide outside the EU.

The cover was for mainland Africa and cost around 800 GBP pa.

One thing though. Although we were travelling all over we were able to give them an address in Africa where we were based for some of the time. This may have impacted on the price.

Alessie are very good, but they used to only do comprehensive on cars under 7 years old.
