A very intersting program about Ibn Battutah availabe on the BBC i player
BBC iPlayer - The Man Who Walked Across the World: Wanderlust

A 14th century traveler from Morroco

Unfortunately it's only available in the UK at the moment on watch again but may be available on BBC4 live via the internet

Thanks for the tip!

What a great journey, and a really great travel show. Just watched the 1st episode and trying to force myself to work instead of watching the 2nd back to back!

I was worried about that but I hoped the BBCi player would be available worldwide - sorry.

I've just checked on their web site and they are making it worldwide as soon as possible
