IGN maps -help please
 

Dear Friends,

Is there anybody out there who can tell me where I can find a key map to understand which IGN maps of Algeria I will be needing? You guys understand what I mean? A map with a grid over it showing which map number corresponds to each region. I want to make sure I get the ones I need and I am a bit dizzy with all the numbers: NG 31, NG 32, NF 32 etc., etc. If I find the key map somewhere it will be a hell of a lot easier...

Hi!
Take NG 31 for example:
This means 1:1 000 000 and shows the 4 regions In Salah/Amguid/Ouallene/In Ekker

If you like only the map of In Ekker 1:500 000 you have to order

In Ekker NG 31 SE (south-east)

The e-mail address to the Cambridge map supplier in “The Book” doesn’t seem to work – have you an update please?
I want a 1:500,000 Egypt Survey 1943 map (or equivalent)

I could scan a page of a booklet and mail it to you.
