Insurance (& Libya surprise !!)
 

Hi,
Am planning a trip to Africa soon. Just wanted to check re. insurance. Last time I did this sort of trip I used Alessie Insurance in Rotterdam (www.alessie.com). I've just had a quote for £274 which covers all Africa (I know in some countries they may disagree !!) and Europe. This is third party liability. How does this compare to any other available insurance ? We are doing a circuit Tunisia, Libya, Niger, Burkina, Mali, Maurit, Maroc.

Any other places to contact would be appreciated.

By the way - emailed four tour operators in Libya expecting a bit of a wait for a reply. Got a reply from Alawi tours in 24 hours !! Not bad eh ??
