And how do you to to meet and take a Tubu as a guide?

I might organise a self drive trip to Libya and Chad together with a Dutch agency later this year or early next year. I arrange the guides through personal contacts. But I think the known agencies in Ndjamena can also pick you up in Sebha or Katrun (or Kufra - if that city is quit again). Or you just drive to Katrun and arrange it there, like before. I hear the Tubu are in charge in Katrun, so normally no problem leaving Libya and coming back again, at least with multiple entry visa.

Thanks Gvdaa, but: "the known agencies in Ndjamena".... I don't know any of them...
