There Isnt such a Mali Embassy in Madrid!!!

There's one in Rabat ,another in Nouachotkk and another in Dakar .

Apparently the best to issue visas is the one in Nouathctkk (7 Euros ) 2 hours.

The one in Dakar takes 2 days and about 10.000 CFAS

And , apparently , most people get the Visa at the border for about 10 Euros ..
