Hi, Dunno about the border, but it came to about 4 euros at the Mali embassy in Nouakchott; after the super black market rate for our euros (370 oogs per euro)

Wouldn't count on it at the border.

In Nouakchott it's indeed no more than 7 eur at the official rate and took us just 20 minutes last week.
