Mali visa in Rabat
 

I know all about the Mauritania visa process in Rabat, but has anyone got any recent intel on getting a Mali visa. Their place looks quite close to the Mauri embassy -- what hours do they open and how long does it take? I'm wondering if it's possible to get the Mali visa after extracting my passport from the Mauritanians, and so avoid a third night in Rabat.
