Mauritania : Rachid - Ksar El Barka

Has anyone already traveled by this track ? We have the book "Guide de la Mauritanie au GPS" and they tell it looks to be possible but we would like to know if someone have tried it (an suceeded !) We are 2 4wd and will be there in january If you could tell us advice, difficulties, waypont ?
