Morocco-Dakar by public transport?
 

Hi all ... I'm planning on travelling down to Dakar this January and was wondering what advice people have about the route. I've previously only been as far as Dakhla. Are there any places I should especially check out or avoid in Mauritania? And how much is it likely to cost via buses / bush taxis? Are there any points where public transport is not going to be available? Many thanks!
