Morocco drought?
 

Hi

I'm reading a book about morocco, written in around 2001. It keeps mentioning the effects of the drought on the people of the Draa Vally, saying nomadic life is no longer feasible for most due to lack of grazing pasture, caused by lack of rain. Also says the towns are filling up as a result.

Is this still the case?
