Where is the best place to get a Chad Visa (entry by land)? London, Paris, Tunis, Tam, Zinder?
Or is Niamey the only option?

What are the latest reports for the crossing from Chad into Sudan. Has anyone done it lately? Where did you get your visa? What are the real risks of banditry in Western Sudan?
