Does anyone know a means of contacting Point-Afrique, other than via the @point-afrique.com address to which I am getting no replies? Eg a working telephone number?

(I booked a flight through their website a month ago and have received no confirmation/tickets/contact)

Thanks for your replies: I have found that the working number for reservations is 00 33 820 830 255.

A warning to others attempting to book Point-Afrique flights through their internet site, (i) when a flight is shown as having available seats it does not necessarily mean there are any still for sale, as the company reserve a large number for their own charter holidays, (ii) if you do not receive an email confirmation for your flight booking you do not have a seat - and they will not necessarily contact you to let you know that.

This company really doesn't have their act together. When you book online you're told to expect an email confirmation. For me it never came - although my booking was set and a confirmation/receipt showed up eventually (i'm in the States) via snail mail.

Check to see if charges have shown up on your credit card.

Also, note that there are significant extra charges for one-way tickets and open-jaws.
