Ride Share / Music Festival at Essakane
 

Folks;

I'm planning to attend the Festival in the Desert in January and my preference would be to go overland from Spain. I won't have my own vehicle so am looking to hitch a ride for the stretches where there's no public transport.

The festival is Jan 9-11 in Essakane, not far from Timbuktu.

Seeing as Algeria is pretty much out of the question, I guess I'm looking at the Atlantic Route. Would be great to head east from Nouakchott if possible - secondarily I'd continue south to Dakar and go by train to Bamako.

Looking for ride options in and around that time, both directions, will of course share costs.

Drop a line even if it's just a remote possibility.
