Can any one inform me what companies transport 4x4 in containers to Senegal, Gambia, or Guiné from Portugal or north of Spain?

we are planning a trip from Portugal to Gambia in land rover series but we "just" want to do one of the trips. Portugal-Gambia or Gambia-POrtugal. any subjections?
