Senegalese visas and carnets for Mali?
 

In Spain at the moment, I have my Carnet for Mori organised, but from what I´ve read I won´t necessarily need it. Thinking of going further than I first planned, to Senegal and Mali. Can I get a Senegalese visa in either Morocco or Mori, and how difficult in it? Also, do I need a carnet for Mali?
