Somewhere to post bits to or buy tyres?

Does anyone know of anywhere in N.E Africa to post bits to? We don't want to carry tyres and spares with us on our 2 x motorbikes all the way across Europe etc. Alternativley is there anywhere to buy 18 " & 21" tyres in Syria, Jordan, Eygpt, Sudan etc.
