The latest: Mauritania Visa!
 
yesterday i got the visa from the Mauritanian embassy in Rabat. the consulate in Casablanca does not issue the visa anymore. It was easy and took two days for me as an Iranain. you have to submit two (usally passport size) photos, a copy from the first page of your passport and 200 MD.
By the way, there is no chance to obtain the visa at the Muritanian border. So dont wast time, and go directly to the embassy at rabat.

You receive visas at the border, but only for 3 days valid !

Yea it seems to take two days for all. No same day service that I've heard about from the Casa consulate before.
