Ciao,
I wonder if transit visa exist to travel from Tunisia to Egypt and back through Lybia using only direct bus Tunis to Cairo,as I read on Thomas Cook Overseas timetable there is a service in both directions twice a month.

No, as in GSPLAJ the tourist visa is issued and valid only for a single entry.
While in Egypt you have to ask another entry visa , in any case it takes a lot time.
