Tunisia - Libya -- NEW border crossing open?
 

I just returned from Libya and there were strong romours that Nalut border crossing (Wazin) from Libya to Tunisia /and back/ has opened for non-arabic tourists as well.

I did not have a chance to check the romours out thoroughly, however, it might be worth ckecking with Libyan agency when consdering travel schedule.

yes we just used in 3 days ago. aania tours were our agency. all was easy. the tunisian side was a bit of a pain. theres always one bit of paper you dont have....!

AFAIK you used it as part of Libyan Desert Challenge rallye? I wonder whether this border is open for "normal" crossings as well?
