Tunissia from Algeria
 

Hello:

I'm planing to travel to Tunissia from Spain and the two ways to go are from Alicante (Spain) and Marsella (France).

For my is too interesting going from Spain (je, je, I live there) but crossing Algeria from Oran or Algiers could be dangerous.

There are many opinions but I don't know how to do.

What do you think about it?

i have never been in algeria, but last year i was in tunesia. they tell me the border between algeria and tunesia is open. i saw it too. we were looking for a while at the border.... but the border between maroc and algeria is many times closed. there are truckers who are telling that the northern big road along the coast is not dangarous at all.

i think it icouls be dangerous ouside the major roads and perhaps more in the Aures
