Does anybody knows if its possible to get an Visa (transit or others) for algeria in Tunis respective in Agadez?

If anybody has connection to organize personal invitations to algeria please write an pm

I would like to echo that request for information. I probably have the opportunity to get the visa here in Germany, but I don't want to have to book hotels and all that rubbish. Is it advisable to skirt around visa requirements (in particular hotel bookings and complete itinerary) in order to get it done?

I read recently that the Agadez region is still closed to tourists. Not heard of anyone going there - or if they did, getting far out of town - for a year or more.

If that is what German Alg consulate requires, then that is what they'll want. Not sure how you'd skirt round it. Algies are quite strict and 'correct', IME.
It may explain why I've not seen or heard of Germans in Alg for many years (since 2003 kidnappings).
