Visas/laisser passer for senegal and Guinea
 

W are planning to get visas for senegal and Guinea in Noadchott. I understand that Senegal has an embassyin Noadchott. Is ther a Guinea embassy there?
We are planning to get a laisser passer for our car which is more than five years old. How difficult is this to get? Does it make any difference if one gets it?

If it's any help there's a Guinea Bissau consulate (a bit grand to call it that) in Ziguinchor which can issue visas.
