Hi Sandy
SO MUCH relevant info on this forum, on paperwork stuff like visas, carnets, ICE, borders, medical stuff, insurance etc etc etc. As you have a little while yet before setting off, perhaps it would be useful to put aside some regular time for doing some methodical searches (I've found it easier to just copy/paste relevant stuff into a Word doc.). As regards Morocco, you'll find some very useful stuff here (Tim Cullin /on UKGSer.com) Morocco GS Knowledgebase In a month or so I'm planning taking the same route you describe .... but on 2 wheels not 4! However catching the ferry to Spain though, the thought of riding down French motorways in winter just does not appeal! If you want to PM me your email address and I'll be more than happy to pass on anything relevant/useful once I return. Mike |
Many thanks Mike I cannot PM you just yet as i need to have posted 8 times , Once i have i will E-Mail you my address. All information greatfully recieved. Have a Julbrew for me. Regards Sandy

Thanks Jeff I shall E-Mail you my details, Many Thanks Sandy |
We did the route down to Dakhla last year in October with two oldtimer-bikes. Super costs (no unleaded available) about 60 cent per liter in the Western Sahara. People are freindly and helpful. In the cities you´ll always find cheap accomodation. We hadn´t a single problem at all. It was a great trip.
More infos you also find at Yesterdays Best wishes from germany for your trip. Winterbiker |
