What kind of car???
 

I am planning to go to Western Africa by car for 3 month in february (Marocco, Mauretanië, Senegal, Gambia, Mali, Ghana). Now I'm wondering what's the best kind of car to take. I don't want to go by 4x4 and I want to buy it in Europe and sell it in Mali / Ghana.

There is a really cool book called
"Sahara Overland" by Chris Scott
which dicusses this issues ;-))
This book is advisable anyway if you want to
go down there.
For Ghana *I think* you need a Carnet De Passages so it is difficult to sell your
car there.
