Buying a bike in BC
 

Hey guys,

I just want some info about buying a motorcyle in BC.
I'm currently staying in Penticton and will stay for the winter. But in May i'll start riding my bike again.
Now, my German friend will come over to join me. But he wants to buy a dual purpose bike here in the area( Penticton-Kelowna-Vernon, i guess) to travel with and sell it again afterwords. And how would it work with insurance and a number-plate?
Does anyone know a place where i could find bikes or websites where to look for one?
I used already Kijiji and Craigslist.

Or just walk into any place that has 'Autoplan' on the front, and ask questions.

As for used bikes, I would think Craigslist is your best bet.
