Form Alaska to Russia in Summer 2015?
 

Hello!

At first my plan in a short version: In May 2015 I will start my world around trip. My plan is to bring my bike (BMW 1200 GS ADV) in May from Frankfurt to Florida or to New York - by plane. End of June, I would like to arrive in Alaska -to go from there to Russia. From Russia I want to travel over Monogolia and India back to Europe. So far ...

My question is: Which options are there currently - by ship or plane - to get from Alasaka (for example: Anchorage) to Russia (for exmaple: Magdan, Vladiwostok)?

The informations about that are so confusing. So: I am happy about every tip and every serious help.

If you send your bike to New York I would be glad to help you anyway I can. I too am looking to go to Alaska next year. I have a R1200 GSA as well.
