Hotel/motel Calgary ?
 

Hi
Two of us will be arriving in Calgary on the evening of Monday 11th July.I will be picking bike up from airport the next day.Does anybody know of a cheapish hotel,motel or B&B not too far from Calgary Airport.I have heard it is the Calgary stampede weekend,will the hotels still be busy on the Monday ?

Simon, Just so you don't think you are being ignored. The Calgary Stampede is from July 8th to July 17th. can only say LOTS OF LUCK!
There is only one hotel at the airport, and they are booked for July 11th. Think you will find every thing is booked solid, this stampede is a big thing in Calgary. Only thing to do is start checking, as most have a shuttle bus from or to the airport. Right now my plan is to not be in Calgary for this time or I would try and help you out!
