Local PO address to register bikes
Dear HUBBers
We, two blokes from Germany, want to start our “all American adventure” right this autumn:D - therefore we would like to go to the US in September and purchase & register some bikes in the Southwest. Already aware about the possibilities as well as legal things we “just” need a local “home” address to use in the States (CA , AZ, NV or NM preferred) to get the paperwork/insurance things sorted. Is there anybody out there who wants to support us with a little local help/expertise and, much more, a (virtually) save haven for our bike registration (should not be for free, a German Beer donation is subject to negotiation :thumbup1:) Greets Jörn |
There has to be someone out there with an address for you in the Southwest. You could use mine but am in the Northwest. Washington state only requires you pay them money, don't need an address.
Just thought I would post something and put this back to the top for you Bob:scooter: |

motorcycleexpress.com Cant help with an address. I shipped my own bike. |
hey wwwutz
I'm actually in a similar situation. I'm planning to tour America come september, starting in Florida, then towards Boston, Chicago, then down to California. Just became a member of this site to get some advice :) I'm also currently confused as to the steps to register a bike. It would be great if you could share your learnings like what state you are registering in, what documents do you need, etc. |
