Room for rent in San Francisco
 

I have an empty room in my home that I aim to keep free for travelers.
There is a private bathroom, garage room for 2 bikes, tools for servicing, 2 beds, laundry, internet, and public transport a block from the house.
It is a downstairs unit that is separate from the main living space so you have a choice of privacy or hanging out in the house.
If there is enough interest, I will leave it open, if not I will rent it out.
Fee is $30/night which is about the same as a campground here in the great state or a third of the cost of a hotel room.
If I get bookings soon I will not advertise it locally.

I everything goes, according to plans, I may be one of your guests as specified in a previous message.

That is very good of you Wheatwhacker - comes a year too late for us as we passed through San Francisco last summer on our RTW - would have loved to use your facilities.
