Texas into Mexico, best places to cross?
 

Looking ahead at possible trips for 2018. If I make it to Texas, where are the best places to cross into Mexico? If I only had a few days to spend south of the border, what would be the best places to see, eat & stay? What are the logistics involved for getting a US citizen & motorcycle in and out of Mexico? Anyone in the NE U.S. interested in joining me?

There is one place where you can cross across the Rio Grande by hand ferry.

If you cant go too deep into Mexico a noce place is Real de Catorce. Theres a way in on a steep rd or thru a tunnel.
