Are there any worries to Americans crossing into the Ukraine from Romania right now?

I don't think there's any problem in Ukraine is long as you stay west of Kharkov. We just crossed Ukraine from Poland and entered Russia near Bryansk. We are now nearing Krasnoyarsk.
