Looks great. Permit shouldn't be a problem for Zorkul as far as you apply for it in Chorugh. In Murgab it was already hard to find a person, that knows where you can get the permit. That tourist information in Murgab is a funny joke and more a souvenir shop.

On the GPX file I attached a few posts back, the PECTA office in Khorog, where you can get the Zorkul permits, is waypointed.
