Not sure if you are still looking to rent a bike in Tbilisi, but figured I'd give some leads anyways. I was just looking into renting a street bike or a dirtbike in Tbilisi myself. Couldn't really find any rental shops, but on Facebook I came across some motorcycle clubs, like "Enduro Club Georgia". If you check their page you will see bunch of posts for motorcycle sales and such. Most members also own motorcycles, obviously. Maybe some of them will be willing to rent their bikes out as well. Also, one or two of their members own motorcycle riding schools.
