Nepal

Pakistan
Iran

Georgia

Georgia
Turkey - UK.

As far as I'm aware, the only countries above which require a Carnet are Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Iran. Is this the case?

I'd greatly appreciate any pointers here.

You are correct, but you missed one...Nepal will require the carnet also.
