China Visa on the road (Turkey/Iran)
 

Hi,

Has anyone any recent information about getting a Chinese visa in Turkey or Iran? (Last resort: Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan)?
We're gonna enter China beginning of September. Paperwork for the bikes is sorted. It's just a matter of getting the visa now.
How long does it take for the application procedure? Is it possible, or are they being funny/restrictive because of the Olympics?
