cost of shipping Magadan -Europe
 

Hi, can somebody tell me how much is cost of shipping from Magadan to Vladivostok and then to Europe, with all cost included. It 's for motorcycle.

Will you accompany your bike from Magadan to Vlad? The voyage takes about 5-6 days. I know a guy who did it some years ago and he used SASCO (Sakhalin Shipping Company) I'm guessing it'll be about $500 - $600. I've actually emailed them last week with this same question but no reply as yet.

I don't know anything about costs back to Europe other than throwing the bike on the Trans Siberian back to Moscow. I'll be going the other way - across the pacific - apparently I'll need a mortgage to do same :(

I don 't have time to go with bike to Vladi.You never know how long would that take . I heard that it can be done without that. Hope that someone will answer that .
Do you need to ship bike first to Vladi and than to America?

I understand that the options out of Magadan are quite limited. There is no rail. So I don't see any other way other than getting it back towards the Trans Siberian. Maybe you need to ride your bike (or put it on a truck) back to Tynda and you fly out of there. For trans pacific it certainly will be Vladivostock and so thats my plan. But I hope to go by cargo ship me and the bike. I believe the ship sails about once a week and takes 5-6 days. I don't fancy riding the 5,000k back to Vladivostok. Sorry I cant offer any more suggestions... let's wait and see if someone else can.

in 2014 I paid about 450euro from Magadan to Vladivostok in a container (4 bikes) and then 1700 euro from Vladivokstok to Hamburg in a huge container with a dozen bikes.

You can send you bike by train from Magadan to Moscow for something like 500euro or by air from Magadan to Moscow for something like 1000 euro with Avia Parter.

it's good to know that is possible to put bike on plane , i think that is best option . About train , i don't think there is train in Magadan.

I emailed Yuri from Links in Vladivostok , he answered that price for shipping bike to Europe ( Hamburg or Rotterdam) is 1250 USD. Shipping is in August-September.You don't need to be present in Vladivostok , you ship bike from Magadan to Yuri.

If you ship motorcycle from Europe to Vladivostok as LCL you'll need to be present in Vladivostok for customs clearance. Fee for customs clearance is USD200. NVOCC and port charges are around USD200. Shipping to Magadan costs around USD250-300.
