How long across the Pamir Highway
 

I realise this may have been asked before but couldn't find the thread anywhere.

Applying for my Tajikistan visa and just wanted people's opinions on how long it took to ride the Pamir Highway? I will be riding east to west.

Obviously depends on so many factors and feel I am asking how long a piece of string is!

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Motorbike, bicycle, horse? Pamir where? Where do you cross the border? There is really not much to go by, the way you ask your question.
