Kazakhstan shock repair

Currently in Shymkent with a view to travelling up to Almaty. Blown rear shock and no oil. Have spares but need to rebuild and nitrogen charge. Any recommendations please?

Not sure what you're riding, but I would try the KTM dealer in Almaty, Agent Orange:
