Kyrgyzstan Visa
Hi everyone.
I'm currently in Delhi, India and have emailed the consulate here asking about the visa application. They have advised me that i can get a visa on arrival that is valid for 45 days. I emailed back to confirm if this is definitely correct for crossing a land border but they never got back to me. Has any one else heard anything of this. I'm on an Australian passport. I will obviously get into the consulate in person and ask again but i thought i'd see if anyone here can shed some info. Cheers Kurt |
This says that also Australians dont need a visa: Visa Requirements
As i understand you just get a stampp in your passport at arrival. No visa. Edit: It probably also says on the homepage of the Kyrgyz embassy in Australia. |
Yeah all confirmed, no visa needed. I get 60 days on arrival. I was nervous about it especially arriving at a land border and not being able to speak any Russian or Kyrgz and the lovely lady at the consulate in Delhi understood so she wrote me an official letter in English and Russian explaining that I am eligible for on arrival, just to show if i have any troubles, more so just to make me feel a bit more relaxed :)
