Mongolia northern route up to date i fo?
 

Hi, we got to Olgii yesterday and planning to ride tomorrow to Ulaangoon via diagonal secondary road. Sorry, very dark here cannot see map well for precise itinerary! Cannot see map!

Avd then internet veryyyyy slow! :(

Anyhow, anyone been by northern route lately? How does it look beyond ulaangoon?

We met cyclists and two big rivers are currently impassable. Talking shortcut we hope to bypass that!
Any up to date info most welcome!

Rest of Northern Route should be no problem Maria. There are no other permanent major water crossings.

The ride from Olgiy to Ulaangom is very scenic and can sometimes be a bit challenging. From Ulaangom onwards, its a breeze.
