motobike on train Irkutsk
 

Hi there

Does anybody have some tips or infos on how to get motorbikes on the train from Irkutsk to Moscow (and to travel with) ?

My name is Mike from England. I think I met you all in Ulaanbaatar. I gave Thierry my email address because at the time I was considering putting my bike on the train to Moscow too. I've arrived in Irkutsk yesterday and I'm now going to use the train to get me and bike to Moscow. Have you managed to do it? Are you still in Irkutsk?

He posted the info in August, 2013, but I am surmising it is still valid. The post includes very helpful photographs depicting places you (and I) will need to find.
