Register from Japan Harley in Seoul
 

I have 2 Harleys currently registered in Japan with Japanese plates. I am permanent resident of Japan. I'm planning to move to Seoul to open a business and I wanted to ride one of my bikes from Japan to S Korea and register it. I do know already about the ferries and I was planning to come in just as a tourist with the bike initially and once settled in Seoul I wanted to go ahead and register it. Can anyone let me know how to do that?? THANKS A LOT?c?
