russian visa in oulan-bator
 
hello people, i would like to have informations about the possibility to get a ruissan visa from Ulan-Bator. transit or multy-entry. I m planning to go back to france from mongolia across russia in one way or with a route via "stan country";

Depends on your passport. I assume you are French.... I believe it is possible for French to get Russian visas outside of France.

I'm Dutch and I got one without issue. Took 3 weeks. They send my passport to my next town. The agency did this. Paid a total of 100 dollars.

That was Legend Tours. Right next to the Russian embassy. Can give more details if I search... so only if needed.
