If you want to ship you bike by the train and follow with it, you should use a post carriage. The most traines have a post carriage. You can catch a train including post carriage to Novosibirsk from Moscow or to Barnaul probably. You will go with your bike in the same train. I can give you a web links in russian. The cost for passenger ticket from Moscow to Barnaul 70$-160$. You will pay for a motorcycle depending on weight. I think it will be below 200$.
