Vladivostok to Nakhodka

Hi All

I'm interested in driving from Vladivostok to Nakhodka. A number of the towns which the road (A188) passes through are closed due to the presence of the Russian Navy, but I assume I can still drive this road without a special permit?

Has anyone tried this?
