What time of year should I go?? 3 months round the Caspian?
 

I'm planning a trip next year. 3 months. loop around the Caspian Sea.
I'm thinking May, June, July??? Too hot??? Too wet??
Any advice most welcome

Wish I had your timeframe, I will try and go around in July, and expect it to be hot!

Places like Makhachkala or Rasht are very humid in summer, but not very hot. However the desert areas close to the Caspian are very hot and dusty in summer. A trip in April would be much more pleasant. In winter it can be very wet and miserable.
