Where to store a vehicle in cental Asia ?
 

Kyrgyzstan used to be the place to leave a bike for the next season. With Kyrg joining the Rus/Kaz customs union, it sounds like this is not an option anymore.

Tajikistan and Uzbekistan have restrictive entry requirements as well, Mongolia is too far off (and technically forbids it as well), what options are left ?

Maybe Patrick could pitch in, he used to store bikes at his place in Osh.

Nobody knows how it will be in Kyrgyzstan. This will be first season after they joined custom union and we will see if people will have problems.

Actually the law says it is possible up to one year. But as Sambor mentioned. This is Kyrgyzstan. Lets see. And there is always a way.

Fair enough. Let's keep a tab on how it goes for those who do that.
